exciting and educational Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village

We went to the Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village today. (Students were on different groups and most pictures in this post were provided by Taiwanese students who went with Pingree students.)

Of course, students always like to go to the amusement park of it first.

Scary and exciting at the same time.

Students took gondolas to the Sun Moon Lake which is known for its beautiful scenery.

Besides the amusement park, there are also exhibitions and model houses for nine different aboriginal tribes.

Then, we went to a Chinese restaurant for lunch. By this time, it's very impressive to know that everyone got really good at using chopsticks and trying different food. The picture below is Lauren, Ryan and Brady eating the whole small fried fish with its head/eyes/tail on.

We went to the headquarter/factory of Sunny Hills which is one of the famous brand for pineapple cakes.
